Attention all Monongah Middle School 6th Graders who are advancing to 7th grade and All Athletes: There are going to be Sports Physical-Immunization Clinics that MVA and MCHD are coming together to provide. The clinics will be held at NMHS on Tuesday, May 21 from 8:30-1:30. There are TWO DIFFERENT CLINICS happening at the same time. There is a DIFFERENT PACKET for each clinic. 1. Sports Physical Clinic- MVA will be providing free sports physicals. The MVA CONSENT and the SPORTS PHYSICAL FORM will both need signed and returned to the nurse to be scheduled. 2. Immunization Clinic- The MCHD will be providing required immunizations. The MCHD CONSENT will need to be signed and returned to the nurse to be scheduled. Yearbook order forms have gone home with students. Yearbooks are $25 each this year and can be ordered by returning the form, along with cash payment, to Mrs. Suplita at the school, or online by going to ybpay.com and entering the ID code 14977424. All orders are due by Monday, May 20th.

Welcome back Monongah Middle families! We can't wait to get this year started and see all of our students again. One change for the upcoming school year is morning arrival time. We are unable to have anyone on duty for supervision until 8:00, therefore, doors won't be open until 8:00 am for students to begin entering the building. Dismissal begins at 3:21. Have a great year!
