Good Morning, East Fairmont! 

Please stand for the pledge. I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. 

All members of STEM, Guides, and Social Science Honorary should report to the Commons at this time. 

Congratulations to the Boys Track and Field Team on winning the Marion County Championships last night. Team scores were East 82, North 52, and West 48. Congrats to Coach Hibbs on a great start to his 20th season. 

Seniors who want a senior shirt can purchase from your homeroom teachers by this Thursday, 4/7. 

Remember to vote in student council elections on google classroom by Thursday. 

Good luck to the choir as they travel to compete in Williamsburg at the Music in the Parks Festival. 

All AP students taking an AP exam in May need to attend a meeting in the auditorium on Tuesday, April 12 during homeroom.  

If you need community service hours to graduate, please see Mrs. Copenhaver about helping with a community event on April 16.   

 

The Bridge Sports Complex is having a job fair on April 10 from 2-4 PM for the positions of lifeguards, swim instructors, summer camp staff, fitness and front desk attendants, summer maintenance crew and concessions.  If you are interested, please stop by the counseling office for more information.   

 

Spring Sports and choir photos will be next Wednesday, 4/13, after school. See your coaches for more information.  

 

The EFHS Foundation is selling ferns to fund student scholarships and mini grants. Ferns may be purchased from a student or online at tinyurl.com/EFHSFoundationFerns by 4/25. Orders may be picked up on May 7 at the YWCA on Pleasant Valley Road. 

 

Students are invited to attend a countywide Career Fair on April 26 from 5-7 PM at the Field House.  If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Copenhaver 

 

Students – Don’t  forget that the School store is open every day after school until 3:00 p.m. 

 

Yearbooks are on sale for this year. Orders may be placed at jostens.com or bring to Ms. Gerau in room 107. 

The lunch menu for today is pizza or nacho supreme.
