Parents, as we anticipate the return to school this week, we are temporarily changing our arrival and dismissal procedures due to icy conditions. The parking lot at Bethesda Baptist Church will remain closed through Tuesday. We will send an update on that later in the week. Parents are not permitted to park at the Methodist lot and walk students in. Please use the parent drop off line instead. Walkers please be cautious while getting to campus, sidewalks can still be icy on your way to school. Parent drop off will go ahead unchanged. Parents please be cautious in the parking lots and be patient as we get students out of cars safely. Bus arrival will remain in the front of the school. Dismissal- Walkers will be dismissed at 3:12. Busses will depart the front loop of the school as they arrive. Parent pick up vehicles may park at the Methodist Church and be dismissed as soon as the front loop clears of busses. We ask that parent's park in a spot and do not block the entry or exit of the churches by lining up. We will send out any changes as conditions on the side roads and parking lots change. Thank you in advance for your cooperation, especially our church neighbors. Our goal is to always keep our students safe and we appreciate your help. Stay warm and we hope to see our Bison Herd tomorrow.

This is a Bison Herd Alert: Parade and Concert Update. The weather does not look like it will cooperate with our festivities tomorrow. So here is our plan! Band parents will be permitted in the building. Please do not arrive before 12:50. We will be cleaning up the gym from lunch. Seating is extremely limited to the bleachers in the gym. We will Facebook Livestream the parade in an effort to reach as many people as possible. Seating priority will be given to parents of our band students. The band concert will begin promptly at 1pm. Our Prek to 4th graders will parade through our middle school and to the gym to watch the concert. At the conclusion of the concert, elementary students will be dismissed to their homerooms for their parties. Thank you for your cooperation!!
