This is a Bison Herd Alert: Mark your calendar! September 24th is a 3 Hour Early Release. October 7th is School Picture Day, and October 9th is Parent-Teacher Conference from 3:30-6:30.
This is a Bison Herd Alert: There will be signups for 4th, 5th, and 6th grade boys basketball and cheer on Tuesday 23 5-6:30pm in the gym. 3rd grade boys can signup to play 4th grade.
The fee is $55.00 and $35.00 for siblings. We hope to have a team for each grade level. If we are unable to obtain enough players and/or coaches, then players will be given the option to play on a combined team (with another school) or play a grade level above their current grade.
Refunds will be provided if the option available is not acceptable to the player.

Bison Herd Alert: Students who require emergency medication will need their medication and medication order to attend the first day. If your child does not need the medication, we need a letter stating that the medication is no longer needed to attend the first day.

Food Trucks and other Activities 3-6. The first day of school for students 1st through 8th grade is August 20th. The first day of Kindergarten is August 22nd. The first day of PreK is August 25th.

This is a Bison Herd Alert: New Student Registration will be held on August 6th from 9 am-3 pm in the Kindergarten Annex. Must have proof of required immunizations, proof of residence (physical address, not PO Box), and Certificate of Live Birth (from the WV Bureau of Vital Statistics or the County Courthouse- not the hospital).

This summer Marion County Schools will be switching from the Livegrades program to WVEIS 2.0 for their online gradebook program. Parents will be able to access and see their child's grades as well as other parts of their child's educational record (attendance, discipline, grades). There will be a parent portal where all of this will be available. We will be rolling out information later this summer on how to access all of that information. However, we must first make sure that email addresses are updated for guardians of our students. (You will not be able to access without your appropriate email being in our system.) We want parents to be able to access this when school starts in the fall so we will be working to get the email addresses updated this summer. Please help us out taking a few minutes to fill out this form. Please fill out one for each parent that you would like to be able to access these records. This should only be filled out by legal guardians of the student. Thank you and look for more information about the portal coming soon.
