3-29-2021: 16 and Older and Family Members Living in the Same Household
The WV Joint Interagency Task Force for COVID-19 Vaccinations has decided to begin prioritizing students 16 and older along with their family members who are 16 and older who live with them. If you would like to have your 16 year old and any family members in the same household, who are also 16 and older, receive the COVID-19 vaccine, complete the survey so we can order vaccines for them. It is perceived to be hopeful that the more we can vaccinate it will improve our situation with immunity and less people would have to be quarantined. I know the turnaround time is very short, but we want to include those who want to be vaccinated when the opportunity is presented. The survey needs a response by 8:00 pm on Tuesday, March 30, 2021
