May 13 - 8am @ NMHS... then... Mannington Wed. May 20 - 8:30am @ Monongah... then... Fairview Wed. May 27 - 8:30am @ Barrackville... then... Rivesville Wed. June 3 - 8:am @ EFMS... then... WFMS ONLY students who have forms COMPLETED & SIGNED BY PARENTS will be able to receive services at these clinics. We MUST have forms IN-HAND on the day of the clinic.
