He was "here, there, and everywhere" this week, and Administrative Assistant of Curriculum and Instruction/Maintenance and Facilities LD Skarzinski was participating in Read Across America in Marion County Schools in the kindergarten classes at East Dale.




Read and immerse yourself in fun at it! Pleasant Valley's 1st grade dressed like their book from the Marion County Schools reading series. Students completed activities around the characters and setting in the book.





In a world where you can be anything, be kind. At Fairview Elementary, Board of Education President Donna Costello helped kick off their anti-bullying campaign. She distributed a anti-bullying pledge that the students will post on their lockers by signing their names.





Blackshere Elementary 2nd, 3rd & 4th graders enjoyed the readers from Marion County Board of Education, President Donna Costello and Chief Business Officer Scott Reider, as part of Read Across America Week in Marion County Schools.
