COVID Vaccinations for MCS Staff and Students: The Marion County Health Department is offering vaccinations Monday through Friday, 9-3, at its location. Also, the health department and MVA will offer the COVID vaccination at the following locations and times: East Fairmont High School: Monday 8/23 @ 9-11 am Wednesday 8/25 @ 7-9 pm Fairmont Senior High School: Thursday 8/12 @ 4-6 pm Friday 8/20 @ 3:30-5 pm North Marion High School: Monday 8/23 @ 5-7 pm According to recent CDC guidance, students who are vaccinated or masked in classrooms are not subject to quarantine. #MCSgetbackinthegame

Breaking Ground: The contractor and architect met with East Dale Elementary administration and staff representatives today to discuss the beginning phases of the ground breaking on Aug. 20. The SBA awarded $1,577,325 for an 8 classroom addition for Pre-K and K in December 2019.
