
Marion County Counselors received training today on county's crisis team and quick response and care for schools in trauma situations. The team, consisting of counselors from throughout the county, responded to the recent need for staff and students at North Marion High School.





Marion County School’s Maintenance Department took part in training today on the proper installation and preventive maintenance of playground equipment.

Round 2: Marion County Schools cooks receive staff development in First Aid training, along with Chef Ted and Mandy Curry from Healthy Kids Inc., who is conducting a scratch cooking training today.





Growing and Sharing Knowing Together in the Hive this Morning: East Fairmont High teachers were given time to dive deeper into a subject and explore a book or topic of their choice this year. They celebrated their learning and shared presentations today with colleagues.





Transportation Department training today kicked off with additional awareness for the needs of students and with special needs and supporting Marion County Special Olympics and donating 1 dollar for the Special Olympics tennis shoe. They raised $187 for the cause.

The 1st grade Spring program at Blackshere was out of this world today!





It was an EGG-splosion of fun at Blackshere Elementary's after school program as students completed an egg drop tonight before spring break settles in.





Just some of our peeps and an EGG-cellent launch by East Park's 3rd grade students, who completed a STEM activity about leverage and launched peeps today.

EGG-cuse me, but who was in the East playing with the 🐝s this morning? Easter Bunny hopped into EFHS Pre-K and mingled with high school students too. He couldn't out hop teachers, Ms. Deane and Ms. Dobrzynski, either as they caught up with him for an EGG-cellent picture. 🥚 🐰
