Marion County Schools is honored to be at the official ribbon cutting at Fairmont State University this afternoon for Middle College, a program specifically designed for WV's foster youth to earn a Marion County Schools diploma and college credit through FSU.

September 9-13, 2024 is National Arts in Education Week. This week and every day Marion County Schools believes in the benefits of and need for the arts in education. In 2010, Congress put the week in motion "so that elected officials and educational decision-makers nationwide can find ways to support equitable arts access for students of all backgrounds."


Tune In! To the upcoming production of "Frozen Jr." featuring students from North Marion High School, Marion County Technical Center, Mannington Middle, Barrackville School, Monongah Middle, Fairview Middle, Rivesville Elementary School, and East Fairmont High School.
This collaborative effort has brought together young talent from across the county. Join in celebrating their hard work and dedication.

📍Bus 66 serving Fairmont Senior and Rivesville
📍Busses to Barrackville are on a 2 hour delay schedule due to water issues and pending results.
